WE PROVIDE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO THE CLIENT


  • Placing Advertisement on behalf of clients in Local News Papers.
  • Collecting CV’s.
  • Scrutinizing / Short listing of CV’s.
  • Preliminary interview of candidates.
  • Forwarding CV’s to clients by e-mail or by courier within a shortest possible time.
  • Arranging Telephonic Interview if required (Client to Candidates).
  • Arranging Interview in Hotel or in our office.
  • Arranging Trade Test of the short listed candidates in Industrial Workshop or Training School (Cost to be born by the client).
  • Receiving visa: Electronic copies from the client.
  • Clearing PTA / Flight Booking for the candidates (Flight Ticket cost to be born by the client).
  • ECNR of the selected candidates if required.
  • Various correspondents with the clients and selected candidates.

  • Any other services required to complete recruitment procedures.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CLIENT

1. Demand Letter.
2. Power of Attorney to recruit the people on behalf of the client.
3. Appointment or Agreement Letter for the selected candidates.
4. Employment Visa.
5. PTA or E-Tickets.

THE COST OF SERVICES

The mode of payment shall be by Cash or Cheque.

We shall collect from the worker the charges equivalent of his wages for forty five days as offered under the employment contract, subject to a maximum of twenty thousand rupees, in respect of service provided by it to that worker and we shall issue a receipt to that worker for the amount collected by it in this regard.

THE REMADIES AVAILABLE TO EMIGRANTS FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIVENCIES

1. We generally deals with standard and reputed clients only.
2. Scrutinizing / Short listing of CV’s.
3. Keep in touch with clients regularly even after recruitment is made.
4. Demanding Agreement Letters, Demand Letters, Power of Attorny from clients prior to start recruitment. All these documents shall be endorsed by Indian Embassy in case of unskilled categories.
5. Encourage recruited candidates to contact us in case of any grievances with their employer.
6. We address grievances of employees recruited to the employers and resolve the same with mutual discussion and understanding.
